Sales Assistant – House Improvement Centre

This role is all about delivering outstanding service- providing expert advice, recommending products, processing orders, and ensuring every customer enjoys a positive and professional experience. You’ll be based in our Doors and Floors department to start with, but we’re looking for someone with the drive to learn across all areas of the business.

Are you passionate about helping customers bring their home improvement ideas to life?

 

What you’ll be doing:

· Supporting customers with product advice and order queries

· Building strong supplier relationships and developing in-depth product knowledge

· Processing sales transactions and keeping customers informed throughout

· Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing showroom

· Working closely with your team to keep service levels high

 

What we’re looking for:

· A great communicator with a positive, helpful attitude

· Customer service experience (ideally in a retail or trade environment)

· A willingness to learn and develop product knowledge

· A proactive team player who takes pride in their work
